Zoom Fiscal Q2 2025 Revenue $1.162 billion, GAAP Net Income $219 million

Zoom fiscal Q2 2025 revenue hit $1.162 billion and GAAP net income $219 million. Net income grew yoy from $182 million in fiscal year 2024.

Total cash and marketable securities at end of quarter hit $7.5 billion. This quarter brought in net cash of $449 million.

Zoom now has 3,933 customers > $100,000 trailing 12 month revenue, up 7.1% yoy.

They now have 191,600 Enterprise customers.

Monthly churn is 2.9% and is trending down 30bps.

Their Zoom Contact Center has several large orders and demonstrate their competitiveness with high end offerings that has AI features.

In the quarter they repurchased 4.8 million shares. This helps bring up earnings per share and is tax efficient way to reward shareholders. They still have $1.062 billion authorized share repurchase.

Outlook for Q3 fiscal year 2025 in range or $1.160 billion – $1.165 billion. Annual fiscal 2025 trends towards $4.630 billion – $4.640 billion. Free cash flow expected between $1.580 billion – $1.620 billion.

A few days ago, August 19, 2024, Zoom announced they can scale to 1 million attendee for Zoom Webinars. Customers can choose from 10k, 50k, 100k, 250k, 500k, and now 1M attendees capacities. They claim they are the only provider with this capability. Zoom claims they outperform competitors in latency, 0s vs 5s.

Earlier in the month, August 5th, 2024, Zoom released Zoom Docs, powered by Zoom AI companion, a generative AI assistant. Zoom Docs is built to “make people work happy and give them more time back”.
