Citigroup analyst Itay Michaeli upgraded Tesla from sell to neutral. After the steep decline, his opinion is Tesla is priced reasonably now. He believes Tesla’s financial strength will give it an edge over other EV rivals with weak balance sheet in a phase of their journey where they need significant capital to build out factories. Morgan Stanley analyst Adam Jonas believed the Inflation Reduction Act US incentives to be activated next year will benefit Tesla.
